To be successful in your application you will be a degree qualified Civil Engineer, preferably CPEng and ideally have over 15 years experience as a Permanent Way Design Engineer. You will be conversant in project management during feasibility, strategic planning, tender & detailed design, and finally client delivery. It is essential you have been instrumental in working direct with clients to ensure their needs are met while ensuring PB has continued to enhance its professional reputation. As this is a senior appointment you will have natural leadership abilities and share the common practice of sharing knowledge and developing more junior engineers so as to increase their professional capabilities.
