Job Description Parsons Brinckerhoff has an opening for a Track Engineer/Inspector in our Raleigh, NC office. This position will provide track inspection and oversee track maintenance and/or construction related activities on an as needed location at various locations throughout the country. The Track Engineer/Inspector will work under the direction of the VP Railroad Division or his designee. Job Requirements Qualified candidates should have the following skills and qualifications: 1) Must have 10 years demonstrated experience performing track inspection and supervising track maintenance of railroad track and structures. This experience will typically be evidenced by prior experience with a Class I railroad as a Track Supervisor or Roadmaster or Engineer of Track. 2) Bachelor’s degree in engineering our management or equivalent work experience. 3) Must have demonstrated experience ensuring compliance with track safety standards and applicable regulatory requirements. 4) Must demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. 5) Must have the ability to immediately work in the United States. Parsons Brinckerhoff is an EOE.
