Job Description
* Lead a team of highly experienced engineers * Provide track engineering expertise * Senior Management opportunity A highly specialised business offering rail track design, manufacture & service and have a strong reputation in the market; seek to recruit an Engineering Manager to head up the Track Division. You will provide engineering expertise in terms of design, manufacture and installation of rail track across NSW. You will lead the entire track engineering team, consisting of engineers and drafters. You’ll be a degree qualified engineer in possession of a track safety certificate and it is expected that you’ll have a wealth of NSW experience in order for you to perform most effectively. You will be an exceptional leader, able to motivate your team to business success whilst remaining focussed on building excellent client relationships, to this end your communication skills will be advanced. OH&S is a critical part of working with the railway industry and you will champion safe working practises within your team and aim for an injury free workplace. Based South of Sydney, this position is full time and permanent and represents an opportunity to join a strong business of the crest of growth.
